AAIM to Launch Cutting-Edge Data Center in Blue Earth, Minnesota

AAIM is proud to announce its newest high-performance computing (HPC) data center project, coming soon to Blue Earth, Minnesota. This exciting development marks another step forward in AAIM’s mission to innovate and grow across the United States while delivering sustainable and scalable solutions to clients.
A Strategic Location with Unique Advantages
The new 10,000 sq ft facility will be strategically located on Highway 169, situating it near the Blue Earth Light and Water substation and Cabin Coffee. This prime location offers access to robust infrastructure, including low energy costs and high-quality fiber via Bevcomm. These factors, coupled with strong support from the Blue Earth community, make the city an ideal setting for this project.
“We were incredibly impressed with the city of Blue Earth and its officials,” said AAIM CEO Anthony Levesque. “Their willingness to work with us and fast-track this project was incredible. It’s partnerships like these that make projects like ours possible.”
Commitment to an Ambitious Timeline
AAIM’s construction plans are already underway, with a goal of completing the project by the end of the year. “We know it’s ambitious, but we’re confident that with the support of our local partners, we can make it happen,” Levesque shared. This timeline reflects AAIM’s efficient project execution strategy and commitment to delivering results on schedule.
Part of a Broader Growth Plan
This new facility is just one piece of AAIM’s larger vision. The company currently has 20MW of capacity in development and is on track to reach 70MW across multiple sites by the end of 2024, underscoring its ambitious plans for growth and innovation. Recent projects include data centers in Aurora, Nebraska and Missouri, as part of AAIM’s effort to expand its footprint and capabilities.
The Blue Earth facility will not only add to AAIM’s growing network but also support high-performance computing and crypto mining operations. Designed to meet the needs of cutting-edge technologies, the center will operate as a co-location facility, housing advanced equipment for clients while AAIM manages infrastructure, energy, and network solutions.
A Bright Future in Blue Earth
AAIM’s CEO highlighted the significance of choosing Blue Earth for this venture, citing its long history and welcoming atmosphere. He also emphasized the company’s commitment to community collaboration and sustainability in every project.
“This isn’t just about building a data center,” said Levesque. “It’s about building a future for both AAIM and the communities we operate in. Our success lies in partnerships, and we’re thrilled to see Blue Earth as part of our story.”
AAIM is excited to break ground on this innovative data center while forging lasting relationships with the local community and stakeholders. Together, they are powering a future fueled by progress, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.
