Following that, as Chief Operating Officer at Enovum Data Centers, he was instrumental in streamlining operations and delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients across various industries.

Now at the helm of AAIM Data Centers, Anthony continues to lead with a commitment to creating reliable, sustainable, and scalable infrastructure for the digital age. His deep understanding of the industry, coupled with his track record of success, positions him as a forward-thinking leader dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of businesses worldwide.

Andres Romero brings over ten years of experience in the high-performance computing (HPC) industry to his role as Chief Growth Officer. Renowned for his expertise in HPC infrastructure, Andres has a proven track record of successfully managing operations that leverage cutting-edge hardware to drive performance and efficiency.

Andres also excels in identifying reliable platforms and miners, making him an invaluable asset for any HPC-related project. His sharp analytical skills and in-depth understanding of the industry have solidified his reputation as a leader focused on driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Iggy Lai

Chief Marketing Officer

With over 18 years of expertise in client relations and strategic partnerships, Iggy Lai is a seasoned leader in driving revenue and fostering growth. Since joining GPU.One as Vice President of Business Development in 2017, Iggy has solidified his reputation as a leading data center specialist. He has been instrumental in assisting customers with over $200 million in equipment procurement and securing more than 80 MW of hosting space. Following GPU.One’s acquisition by HIVE Blockchain (NASDAQ/TSX) in 2021, Iggy took on the role of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, further leveraging his expertise to drive meaningful collaborations and business expansion.

Now serving as Chief Marketing Officer, Iggy brings a results-driven mindset and a sharp focus on delivering value to both clients and stakeholders. His comprehensive industry knowledge and ability to cultivate high-impact partnerships make him an invaluable leader in advancing organizational success.

Matthew Carson

Director

Carson combines over a decade of expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) and digital assets with a passion for delivering innovative solutions. A graduate of Missouri S&T, Matthew launched his career by diving headfirst into the dynamic world of HPC, building a reputation for excellence in facilities management—from strategic planning to seamless operations.

Previously, Matthew served as Managing Director of Northern Data Asia, a division of a publicly traded company. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving the company’s initiatives and expanding its presence in the competitive global market. His deep knowledge and hands-on approach in managing complex infrastructures have made him a sought-after leader in the industry.

John Rim, CPA

Finance Executive

John Rim, CPA, is a seasoned finance executive with a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in high-profile organizations. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for multiple listed companies, including Bitfarms, a leader in cryptocurrency mining listed on NASDAQ, and has led strategic financial initiatives with impressive results. Previously, he served as Vice President of Taxation at Brookfield Residential Property Services, where he played a pivotal role in shaping financial and taxation frameworks.

John brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with over 20 deals completed, totaling over $3 billion in transaction value on both the buy and sell side, and achieving three successful exits. His capital markets experience includes leading listing processes on TSX, TSXV, and NASDAQ, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of public markets. Additionally, he has proven success in financing, raising over $1 billion through a mix of term loans, short-term credit facilities, public convertible debentures, and equity instruments.

A forward-thinking strategist, John excels in building dynamic, scalable financial models that serve as the backbone for annual budgets and five-year forecasts. Louis Valois is a highly accomplished network engineer and infrastructure specialist with a proven track record of success in the tech and data center industries. Most recently, Louis served as a Senior Network Engineer at Peak Mining. There, he utilized his technical expertise and strategic vision to enhance network systems and drive operational efficiency in a demanding environment.

Prior to his tenure at Peak Mining, Louis held several influential leadership roles that honed his skills in infrastructure management and innovation. As Director of Infrastructures and RND at Enovum Data Centres from 2020 to 2022, Louis oversaw comprehensive infrastructure initiatives and led advanced research and development projects that delivered impactful results. Before that, he served as VP of Infrastructure at Bitfarms, managing complex infrastructure frameworks and contributing to the company’s growth in blockchain technology during his term from 2017 to 2019.

Louis’s career is defined by his ability to lead teams, implement innovative solutions, and optimize infrastructure to meet the challenges of evolving technological landscapes. With extensive experience in network engineering and a clear passion for advancing technology, Louis continues to be recognized as a trailblazer in his field.

In 2024, Jayden continued his professional growth by joining AAIM Datacenters, where he now serves as Director of Mining Operations. His role reflects his deep commitment to optimizing mining processes and advancing cutting-edge technologies in the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.
