Be part of the future of HPC
AAIM Data Centers Inc. stands at the forefront of large-scale data center and hosting services, specializing in high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, and digital asset mining. We are looking for people who want to build it, not just watch it.
Because it matters
Why join AAIM
Be part of the build
Work at the front edge of high-performance computing and digital infrastructure, on facilities we design and construct ourselves rather than lease and resell.
Grow with operators
You will be guided by a leadership team with decades of experience across Bitfarms, HIVE, Northern Data, and Enovum. We prioritise development and promote from within.
A team that shows up
Small crews, real ownership, and a culture where the person who spots the problem is trusted to fix it. Safety and reliability come before speed, always.
